Welcome to the new E-commerce dawn.

Delivery & Fulfillment

JKolimox is designed to support flexible fulfillment models that adapt to different sellers, products, and market environments.

This page explains how delivery and order fulfillment currently work, and how they will evolve in future rollout phases.

Important Fulfillment Notice

In the current rollout phase, JKolimox does not provide platform-managed delivery services.

Customers are expected to communicate directly with sellers (enterprises or market stalls) to arrange pickup, meetups, or independent delivery options.

Platform-supported delivery will be introduced in a future phase as JKolimox expands its logistics capabilities.

Seller Fulfillment Responsibility
  • Sellers are responsible for preparing and releasing orders
  • Pickup locations, timings, and handovers are agreed directly
  • Market stalls and enterprises may use different fulfillment methods
  • Order status updates still reflect progress accurately
Customer Role in Fulfillment
  • Customers should contact sellers after placing an order
  • Delivery or pickup arrangements are agreed mutually
  • Chat tools are provided for coordination and clarification
  • All communications remain encrypted and private
Future Delivery Support

JKolimox’s architecture already supports advanced delivery and fulfillment workflows.

  • Platform-managed delivery options
  • Standardized delivery status tracking
  • Integration with third-party logistics providers
  • Improved buyer protection and delivery transparency
