What is JKolimox?

Is JKolimox a seller?
No. JKolimox operates as a marketplace. Products are sold by independent sellers and enterprises, not by JKolimox itself.

Can I buy from multiple sellers?
Yes. A single order may include products from multiple sellers. Each seller fulfills their portion independently.

What happens after I place an order?
The seller is notified and may contact you if coordination is required.

Does JKolimox provide delivery?
No. Delivery services are not available in the current rollout phase.

How do I receive my order?
Customers must coordinate directly with sellers to arrange pickup or delivery using mutually agreed methods.

When will delivery be available?
Integrated delivery services are planned for a future rollout phase and will be announced once enabled.

Who sets product prices?
Prices are set independently by sellers and enterprises.

Are fees shown clearly?
Yes. Any applicable charges are displayed during checkout.

Can I return a product?
Return policies are set by individual sellers. Customers should review seller terms before purchasing.

What if there is a dispute?
Customers should first attempt to resolve issues directly with the seller. Platform support may assist where applicable.

How do I become a seller?
You can register on the platform and complete verification to begin listing products. From the user dashboard, one is able to create an enterprise, market stall or post personal item.

What are seller responsibilities?
Sellers manage product accuracy, fulfillment, delivery coordination, and customer communication.

Is my data secure?
JKolimox uses industry-standard security measures to protect user information.

How do I reset my password?
