1. Platform Role

JKolimox operates as a digital marketplace that connects customers with independent sellers, enterprises, and market stalls. JKolimox does not own, sell, or resell products listed on the platform.

All products and services are provided by third-party sellers, who are solely responsible for pricing, fulfillment, delivery arrangements, and customer communication.

2. User Accounts

Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities performed under your account.

JKolimox reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate platform rules or engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior.

3. Orders & Transactions

Orders placed on JKolimox may include products from multiple sellers. Each seller fulfills their portion of an order independently.

Order status updates reflect information provided by sellers and are intended for informational purposes only.

4. Payments

Prices for products are set by sellers. JKolimox facilitates the ordering process but does not control seller pricing or payment terms.

Refunds, cancellations, and payment disputes are governed by the policies of individual sellers unless otherwise stated.

5. Delivery & Fulfillment

JKolimox does not provide delivery services in the current rollout phase. Customers and sellers are responsible for coordinating product pickup or delivery using mutually agreed methods.

Delivery-related features may be introduced in future phases of the platform.

6. Messaging & Communication

JKolimox provides an encrypted messaging system to facilitate communication between users, sellers, and administrators.

JKolimox does not monitor or control message content and is not responsible for agreements, representations, or outcomes arising from user communications.

7. Market Day & Stalls

Market day stalls are independent vendors participating in simulated market events on the platform. Stall owners are responsible for their listings, fulfillment, and customer interactions.

8. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to misuse the platform, including engaging in fraud, harassment, impersonation, or attempts to disrupt platform operations.

9. Phased Rollout

JKolimox is released in phases. Certain features may be enabled, limited, or temporarily disabled as part of ongoing platform development and optimization.

10. Limitation of Liability

JKolimox provides the platform on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, JKolimox is not liable for losses, damages, or disputes arising between users and sellers.
